Elythia Programme Elite · 1:1 Pregnancy Mentorship

Fully informed. Fully supported. Ready for the birth you actually want.

Somewhere between the excitement of a positive test and the 10pm Googling, you realised the appointments are short, the questions are endless, and guesswork isn't how you operate. This is a private mentorship with a qualified midwife, from wherever you are now, through birth, to your first month with your baby.

Led by Emma Rajakrishnen: Midwife · MSc Midwifery · Former NHS Quality Leader · Founder of Elythia

Sound familiar?

You're used to feeling in control. Pregnancy shouldn't be the exception.

It usually starts the same way. A positive test, a wave of joy, and then the questions arrive. Your booking appointment is weeks away, lasts minutes, and answers half of what you wanted to ask. So you find yourself Googling at 10pm, and the internet hands you either horror stories or fluff. You're capable and successful in every other part of your life; guesswork isn't how you operate. Working with a private midwife mentor doesn't replace your NHS care, it completes it: a senior clinician beside you the whole way, so every appointment, every scan, and every decision makes sense.

Start where you are

Where are you in your journey?

Every woman arrives at a different point. Choose where you are, and see what working together looks like from there.

The method

The Elythia Method

One clear system that takes you from staring at a positive test feeling anxious, to holding your baby feeling confident, informed and supported. Seven parts, one for every letter of Elythia, every one of them personalised to you.

E

Envision

We start at the end: the birth you actually want. Everything we do together works backwards from that vision.

L

Learn

Understand exactly what's happening in your body and in your NHS care plan. Every appointment, scan and test explained before it happens.

Y

Your risks, your plan

Your personal risk factors, identified honestly, with a clear plan to reduce, manage or overcome each one.

T

Team up

A midwife in your pocket: WhatsApp access when worry actually strikes, and you walk into every NHS appointment knowing exactly what to ask. The system, explained by someone who has led inside it.

H

Health

Your body and mind, looked after properly through pregnancy: nutrition, movement, sleep and emotional wellbeing.

I

Informed decisions

A calm, structured way to make every choice, informed by evidence rather than fear, forums, or whatever you happened to read that week.

A

Arrive

Ready for birth in plan, body and mind, your partner and your bag too. And your first month postpartum is part of the journey, not an afterthought.

Ways to work together

Two packages. One guiding hand.

Both are one-to-one with Emma, both follow the Elythia Method, and both include your first month postpartum. The difference is simply how much of the journey we walk together.

Emma Rajakrishnen

Emma is a qualified midwife with extensive experience across NHS maternity services in the UK and abroad, and has led quality improvement within the NHS. That combination means she understands both what happens at the bedside and how the system behind it actually works, including where it falls short and how to work around that.

She's the founder of Elythia, an evidence-based maternity education platform reaching tens of thousands of expectant and new parents every month. The Elythia Method is the system she built from that experience, the same one she'll walk through with you.

Why this, and not something else

Not a doula. Not your NHS midwife. Not a course.

Your NHS midwife

Excellent, but stretched thin, hard to reach between appointments, working within system constraints she rarely has time to explain.

A doula

Typically supports the birth itself, not the full decision-making and preparation journey from wherever you are now.

A generic course

The same static information for everyone, with no personalisation and no direct access to a real expert.

The Elythia Method combines all three: real clinical credibility, full personalisation, and ongoing direct access, a midwife and cheerleader in your pocket.

Is this the right fit?

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You're used to being capable and in control, and it's unsettling that pregnancy doesn't feel that way yet
  • You want a real expert's judgment on your specific situation, not generic advice you could find yourself
  • You're ready to invest in the right support, not the cheapest option
  • You want to understand your choices well enough to make them yourself, not be told what to do
  • You want someone reachable when a question actually comes up, not booked out weeks in advance

This might not be the right fit if

  • You're looking for the lowest-cost option available
  • You'd prefer a pre-recorded course or a group programme over 1:1 attention
  • You're hoping someone will make the decisions for you
  • You're not planning to engage much between sessions
